Andrea is the principal designer and co-owner with her husband Rik of Motivo Home, a Palm Beach based full service design company that operates in South and Central Florida.
Andrea is driven by the philosophy that extraordinary designs are a combination of luxury and functionality. She focuses on creating balanced living spaces that represent her client’s personalities and lifestyles. From concept to completion Andrea is redefining how homes are being designed. Motivo Home is often entrusted with their client’s entire design process often working closely with leading architects and builders. They can also work on room design projects.
Andrea has a vision and a dream to bring unique value to her clients and with her young vibrant personality she brings that new look and style to all her projects.. She is becoming the new face of interior design in Florida. With a people pleasing mentality, Andrea thrives on providing her clients with the most pleasant customer experience.
Both Andrea and Rik have travelled worldwide. They lived in both Rome and London which undoubtedly influenced their eye for interior design. Whether it is on the Island of Palm Beach or the Via’s of Winter Park they will awaken your home for 'life to happen.'

Andrea’s whole life has been devoted to the arts, before pursuing her passion for interior design, Andrea was a professionally trained ballet dancer performing with the Orlando Ballet Company. Andrea's passion is to design your home the way you envision it.

CEO | Builder
Rik, owner and CEO of Motivo Home, was born in the UK but spent most of his life in Rome, Italy. Born of an Italian father and British mother he grew up exposed to different cultures across Europe and Africa where he lived for 30 years. With a passion for business he is continuously pushing to ensure that Motivo Home stays on the cutting edge of the design Industry. His core belief is: ‘The Customer’s Experience is what really matters’.

ALEXIA BRANDOFINO
Office & Project Manager
Alexia is a Miami native who’s made Orlando her home for the last 20 years. She started working in the construction industry when she was 17. She quickly realized her heart was in the building process, she loves seeing ideas on paper come to complete realization. With strong project management skills, office skills and a “whatever it takes attitude” Alexia is a perfect Motivo Team member. Her favorite part of the entire process is the final accessories — like the jewelry to an outfit or the proverbial icing on the cake, she loves accessories.

Junior Interior Designer
Betty was born and raised in Miami, Fl influenced by a melting pot of cultures. Always in touch with her creativity and a love for design, her style includes using organic materials and shapes while adding vibrant colors to the beautiful works of art.

RAQUEL ALBURY
Junior Interior Designer
Raquel was born and raised in Abaco, Bahamas. Her love for design flows from her desire to provide innovative, inclusive, and impactful environments for others. She is focused on the influence of her designs, both on the users of the space and the environment. Her style is focused on simple yet significant designs that are rooted by quality and creativity.

Technology Officer
Ian, Rik’s older brother, is the technology, web, information systems “everything” for Motivo Home. Born in the UK and currently living in Rome, Italy, his focus is to make sure that Motivo Home’s core principal of exceptional customer experience is actually made possible through the implementation and adoption of softwares and technology platforms. It is all about automation…. so that the Motivo Home famiglia can focus on executing Andrea’s visions
